BE STILL
Being still creates this opening....
You feel calm.
Breathing differently.
Thinking in ways that feel so untainted.
Free flowing thought, moving in different directions safely.
On the edge, but walking the balance beam gracefully like a Gold Olympic medalist.
Swiftly putting one foot in front of the other ; different destinations with each step.
Different steps are different pages; each page having its own theme, it’s own meaning, it’s own light.
As you take one step it reminds you of another; reading one page sometimes transcends into another--- never getting lost though.
Never forgetting that many steps have been taken and anticipating the many more that will come ahead.
Being still we are able to look over steps, read our previous pages --always still moving toward the end of the book.
Always walking toward the other end of the balance beam....
